The father is Henry Cecil Geare (1851-1937), the mother is Caroline Isabella Galloway Geare (1855-1927), the baby on the mother's lap is Henry Leslie Geare and the little girl is Ellen Jane Geare.
Henry Leslie Geare was a Captain in 1916 in the Inns of Court Officers Training. Here's his marriage notice from the Times of London, 30 December, 1915 and a bit more about his history here. He survived the war and died in 1965, at age 79.
