This is a business card given to people who want to book at this B & B. I like how there are "no restrictions", which means she'll take anyone, even single women and men, or even single men and women together, which doesn't bode well for a respectable establishment of the time.

I live in this terrace myself and know that between when they were built (1893) and until just 10 years ago many of the houses on this street were boarding houses for tourists, including mine. Now there are hardly any and all of the ones around me are being converted back to single family homes.
