I don't know where this is, but this card was included in a group with other Lowestoft Bombardment cards. It could be other nearby towns like Great Yarmouth that were also hit by bombs in WWI or it could be the by the sawmill that was hit. It seems to be industrial, not residential, with that tall chimney stack. There were coke ovens, light foundry work, kilns and smokers in Lowestoft at the time.
