This is a photo of an actor in amateur theatre in Lowestoft. On another card he is identifed as playing "Yo Hop San Hoy" and the actor is Victor C. Colby. There were three photo post cards with a oriental theme in the same group of cards and you can see the entire batch here.

I am amazed at the quality of the costumes. No expense was spared and if you look over the entire group of cards you'll see the costumes show high quality tailoring, furs, embroidery and silk.

The actress is either Florence Crocker or Mrs. Victor Colby or both.
