Caption: Admiral Sir D. Beatty
Admiral Sir David Beatty was the Admiral of the Fleet during the Battle of Jutland. Before that, he was promoted to Rear Admiral in 1910 and as this is a young photo of him, I think we can date this photo as one to celebrate his promotion.
