Caption: Fountain, Belle Vue Park, Lowestoft

This is such an odd and not very attractive card, that I'm sure it was created by a local photographer to appeal to the Lowestoft market ("Look Sis! we had snow!"). By the hand writing on the front, I suspect the photographer was either H. Jenkins or Spashett & Sons. I also have a strong feeling this was in Belle Vue, but in Sparrow's Nest Park. That hill and steps in the back look like this is at the bottom of the hill, not the top.
