This was sold to me online as a "Lowestoft Photograph" but that's was a bit misleading. All it has is a Lowestoft postmark, but there is no indication on the card at all that it was taken by a Lowestoft photographer or that the stiff gentlemen in the funny regalia have any connection to Lowestoft. They seem to be "Mason-ish" with their aprons and medals, but I don't see any of the Masonic symbols/tools. I suspect they are some other fraternal organisation. The regalia says "I.P.N.G" and "N. G". One of the men has "Sec." (secretary?).
