Caption: Kensington Gardens, Lowestoft

This photo was taken before Kensington Gardens was opened and when there was still construction going on. There is a wooden barrier in front of the gates and absolutely no trees or bushes by the bowling greens or back in the Japanese Gardens. The cafe is under construction and you can see inside that's it's empty.
