The front picture is of a an inaugural tram and since the tram system in Lowestoft started in 1903, that's the date of this photo. I can't tell you the location because the name of the road on the brick wall is too fuzzy. The tram line went from the Tramways Hotel in Pakefield, up London Road and High Street and ended at Sparrow's Nest/Belle Vue Park.

The reverse is from the same album and is of four girls standing in front of a house. Is this Lowestoft? I don't know but there are some houses much like this on Carlton Road.
