This was printed exclusively for Parker's Stores, Morton Rd. & Short St., South Lowestoft. The very emphatic instructions (see Posted Message) are to prevent cards at the private message PC rate to be used for businesses. This law didn't last very long, for obvious reasons. It just irritated everyone and the postmen couldn't be bothered to sit and count words.
