No, I wasn't having a fit. That's really what was written on the card, as close as I can make out. It seems to be Welsh and when I plug it into a Welsh/English translator a few words do pop out. It seem to be a typical "arrived safely" card. Ceredigion is a county in Mid-Wales once known as as Cardiganshire.
