Caption: Banner House, Lowestoft, Aug. 29. 1919

I don't know who this cheerful group is, but they are obviously too large a group to all be staying at the Banner House. Since there is a Minister in the very center at the pride of place, I'm going to assume that this is one of many Christian groups that used to come to Lowestoft for conventions and revivals.
