This was listed online as a Lowestoft photographer, but when I recieved the card I couldn't find any evidence whatsoever that it was from Lowestoft. I emailed the vendor and she replied that it was printed on the back, but if you can find it, you have sharper eyes than I do.

Images posted on sites like Ebay are very small and the D.P.I is very large, so the images are rough and you can't see all of the details. This means buyers need to trust the vendors and usually I get good information from my vendors. I find that 99% are wonderful people. Occasionally though, I find a person who is careless or simply shady.

The horseshoe where the postage stamp is meant to placed tells us this is a T.I.C. postcard from the Thomas Illingworth Company of London. The little "x" between the words Post and Card mean that the paper was from 1920-21. T.I.C. manufactured the photographic paper, which means the photograph itself could possibly be by a Lowestoft photographer, but who knows?
