Here are the updates, corrections, and additions to the site.

October, 2016

• 25 October I've added more images to all sections. The Military section and the Places sections have been added. I've also added to the Before and After section. I've found a large collection of photos of more fishing vessels from the '60's and 70's and I'll be adding more. Added more fishing boat information from the Port of Lowestoft Society records, up to LT0160.
• 1 October Added to the Sports section and the Schools and Education section. Added more fishing boat information from the Port of Lowestoft Society records, up to LT0120. Started a section called People to cross reference people listed in the site to make it easier for researchers. Move the entire site from one hosting company to another, which was a royal pain and caused the site to go down for a week as the domain was moved.

September, 2016

• 9 September Added to the a Sports section and the Schools and Education section (check out the "The Lowestoftian" a magazine put out by evacuated school children in 1943). I also added images to the Card section. Went through Cards 1 to 300 looking for dead links and typos and fixed problems. Added a series of ship's captains licenses from the late 1700's to the Fishing Industry section.

August, 2016

• 29 August Started a Sports section and a Schools and Education section. I also added images to the Card section.
• 26 August Finished the Community Calendar and now it's just all upkeep on that. I went to the Suffolk Co. Archives today and did a bit more on the Lowestoft Port register. I'm up to LT0081; only 1119 more to go! It's very slow going because I can only work from the actual book and am not allowed to take note/photos to work from. I'm still waiting for a reply from the Lowestoft Port Research Society (owners of the register) for the correct attribution. Once I get that in I'll update the attribution. I have a few more photos to upload that have come in during the last week.
• 24 August I've uploaded a complete copy of the London Illustrated News of the building of St. John's Church in Kirkley Card K0499 I've also worked on the Scots Herring Girls page a bit. Now there is a fascinating and neglected bit of local social history! I've been asked to work some more on the local events and clubs calendar and so that will be new project. If you are part of a club, etc. and want your events and meetings put on a community calendar, please drop me a line.
• 8 August Finished the Lowestoft Photographers section.
• 7 August Added several maps to the map section. Added more photographers and went to the Suffolk County archives and added some ship registrations. Added a bunch of cards.
• 3 August Added the a map of WW2 bomb damage in Lowestoft. Added a bibliography and started a glossary of terms. Started the Lowestoft photographers section.
• 9 July Got my laptop back from the repair shop and added a backlog of images in the card section.

July, 2016

• 16 July Added the Map section and now I'll start uploading my maps and plats of Lowestoft.
• 13 July Added more cards, added the fishing registry data from the Huke's Directory of 1898.
• 9 July Got my laptop back from the repair shop and added a backlog of images in the card section.

June, 2016

• 26 June Finished the Fishing Vessel Registry and added Claremont Pier page. Updated this week's new cards.
• 19 June Continued adding data to the Fish Vessels Registry and finished to Lt0500. Also added some new images to Kirkley, Artifacts and Lowestoft sections of the Card Files
• 17 June Began adding data to the Fish Vessels Registry and finished LT0001 to Lt0200
• 15 June Finished updating the Kirkley section to the Card Catalogue. Began adding data to the Fish Vessels Registry.
• 14 June Added new images to the Card Catalogue.
• 13 June Finishing up the Kirkley additions to the Card Catalogue, added the What's New page.
