This album, titled "The Album of Lowestoft Views, Entered at Stationers Hall." was published by Charles, Reynolds & Co., 26 & 27, Milk Street, London, E. C. and is part of a series of views of tourist and major towns.
This appears to be from about 1890 and the images are drawings, some obviously taken from photographs. The most charming thing I noticed was the erratic sizes of the tiny, tiny people. For instance, in the view of the Royal Hotel the humans are quite out of scale. If they were really the size depicted, they'd all be about 2 feet tall. Look at the men standing next to the Triton statue (click on page 8)!
